Rudraksha Wearing and cleaning rules.

Rules for wearing Rudraksha

• Wear the pendant in the correct position as per the tag provided.
• Place the bracelet on the correct hand
• The Rudraksha beads begin influencing your energy from the first week of wearing.
• It is recommended to wear them 24x7 for at least the first two weeks to fully align with their vibrations and energies.
• If you feel uncomfortable wearing them continuously after this period, you may choose to remove them during sleep. General Rules:
• Anyone can wear Rudraksha beads regardless of their gender, caste, color, religion or age.
• Women can wear Rudraksha and during their menstrual cycle as well.

• There are no dietary restrictions such as abstinence from alcohol and meat.
• Rudraksha can be worn in the bathroom, but soap may stick to the beads. If this happens, rinse them.
• It is advised to remove Rudraksha while visiting a cemetery or during the death of a family member or while performing Shraadh rituals (Last Rites). Reason is that these are places of mourning and will lower the sattvic energy of these beads.

*For better results wear your rudraksha 24/7 . You can take them off for a short duration of few hours
